PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PANGAIA/CLOUDCHA Matcha Giveaway Promotions (the “Giveaway”)

  1. There are two Giveaway Promotions being held on Saturday 10th August 2024 at our store on 57 Carnaby Street, London.  The following terms and conditions apply: 

Giveaway Promotion 1.  

Cloudcha are teaming up with PANGAIA and coming to our Carnaby Street Store to give away 100 free matcha drinks.

(a).  This Promotion starts at 1:00pm and closes at 4:00pm.  

(b).  To get one (1) free matcha drink, you must download the PANGAIA Wallet Pass (existing or new download accepted) from https://uk-pangaia.novel.com  and show this to on your mobile device to our Store staff.

Giveaway Promotion 2.

(a).  Throughout the Giveaway Promotions day, Cloudcha will be giving away a free gift of a sample size portion of Matcha worth twenty-eight pounds (£28.00) with every £200.00 or more purchase of PANGAIA products in our Carnaby Street Store.

  1. Both Giveaway Promotions are on a first come first served basis, whilst stocks last.
  2. The free matcha and/or matcha gift cannot be exchanged for cash or product.
  3. Personal data which is provided by you when you participate in the Giveaway Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice which can be found on our website at: www.pangaia.com. 
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Giveaway Promotions at its sole discretion.
  5. The Promoter is PANGAIA Materials Science Limited whose registered office is at Sheraton House, Lower Road, Chorleywood, Herts WD3 5L.
  6. To the maximum extent permitted by law the Promoter and its related entities shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with download of the wallet, receipt, ownership and/or use of the Prizes.
  7. By participating in the Giveaway Promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. The Giveaway Promotions is governed by English law and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    DISCOUNT CODES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Discount Codes are only redeemable against PANGAIA products purchased online at www.pangaia.com to be entered at checkout. Discount Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • You cannot use your Discount Code for purchases on the PANGAIA REWEAR website.
    • The Discount Code amount will be deducted from your order total. The Discount Code amount cannot be used to meet free or express shipping thresholds.
    • Discount Codes may not be used to purchase other Discount Code(s).
    • Payment for the items purchased when using the Discount Code is expected in the currency specified by the customer (USD, GBP, or EUR). Customers are responsible for any fees or charges associated with currency conversion.
    • Refunds and order cancellations will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded or canceled amount in GBP or EUR may not be the same as the original amount paid in USD.
    • The Discount Code amount will be deducted from any refunds for items returned where the Discount Code has been used for the purchase.
    • PANGAIA is not liable for any financial losses incurred by customers due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. Customers are encouraged to monitor exchange rates and make informed decisions before making a purchase.
    • PANGAIA reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice and without any liability to customers.
    • All references in these Terms & Conditions to “PANGAIA”, “we”, “us” or “our” are to PANGAIA Materials Science Limited (registered in England under company registration number 12213319).
